Shipping policy

Our goal is to ship all orders complete within 48 hours of receipt.

You will automatically receive a notification once your order has been placed.

Should an order be delayed past 48 hours an email will be sent advising receipt of the order, the reasons for the delay, and the anticipated ship date.

Should a product be unable to ship we will provide alternative product choices at a similar price or refund at the customer's choice.

Once an order has been completed and shipped you will be provided with email confirmation of the order, shipping date, tracking number (if applicable), and the anticipated delivery time, barring any unforeseeable delays.

We ship all products via Canada Post in order to maintain reduced shipping costs. Tracking numbers will be provided on those orders where customers selected a trackable shipping option.

Should Canada Post be unavailable to ship an alternate method of shipping will be used until Canada Post is available once again.
