Refund policy

How do I return or cancel an item or shipment?

Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy:

We understand things happen with orders and shipments, products, Customs, and the postal service, we're pretty flexible to help you get things taken care of.  

Our promise is that we will do our best to get things straightened out if, in the unlikely event, you have had a problem with our products or shipments:

  • We accept returns for exchange or refund 14 calendar days after delivery of the product.  
  • Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". 
  • We ship a number of very small items and we can sometimes make mistakes picking orders  If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us via email immediately.
  • Items that you did not order but received from us we will quickly try and rectify. We simply ask that you, the customer, be responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges when it doesn't involve a mistake we made, etc.

Cancellations: We are happy to cancel your order so long as it has not left our building. Once the order has been shipped, it becomes a return and we ask that you take into account the rules above.
