Do You Tie Custom Flies? 
No, unfortunately, we don't offer a custom fly-tying service. The flies listed on our site are the only ones we currently offer.

What Shipping Service Do You Use?
We use Canada Post for all of our shipping, whether within Canada, the United States, or overseas orders. Should Canada Post be unavailable to ship, we will use an alternate shipping method until Canada Post is available once again.

How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?
We ship worldwide. Canadian orders typically take between 5-7 business days to arrive, barring any unforeseen delays. For U.S. orders, barring any unforeseen delays between Canada Post, the US Postal Service, and U.S. Customs, it typically takes 7-10 business days for orders to arrive. It typically takes 14-21 business days to arrive for international overseas orders, barring any unforeseen delays between postal services and the destination country's customs services. Please note that business days usually don't include weekends and holidays.

How Are Our Shipping Rates Calculated?
Our shipping costs are calculated on order weight which is then linked to Canada Post shipping rates based on your shipping address.

For Canadian customers we offer a standard letter rate of $3.00 for orders containing flies and certain accessories.  Letter rate typically takes 5-7 business days and does not include tracking.

Due to international customs requirements we cannot ship letter rate for international orders (USA & other countries).

We offer free shipping for any Canadian or U.S. orders in excess of $100 prior to any applicable taxes or shipping.

When Will My Order Ship?
We aim to ship within 24 hours of receiving an order Monday through Friday. Orders received over a weekend will ship on the Monday following the weekend. In the event of a holiday long weekend, we will ship the next available business day. 

Should an order be delayed past 24 hours, we will send an email advising receipt of the order, the reasons for the delay, and the anticipated ship date. In the improbable event, we can't ship a product; we will provide alternative product choices at a similar price or refund at your option.

Can I Have My Order Shipped at An Expedited Rate?

Yes, you have the option of selecting to have your order shipped using an expedited service. Shipping expedited includes receiving a tracking number once we have shipped your order. Please note for U.S. and international orders that although an expedited service includes a tracking number, the actual ship time may be similar to a non-tracked service due to customs and two postal services.

Will I Be Notified When My Order is Shipped?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification of your shipment. Your shipping notice will include an estimated ship time and, if applicable, a tracking number.

Will I Receive a Tracking Number When My Order is Shipped?
Yes, if you choose an expedited shipping service. For domestic Canadian orders, some orders automatically qualify for a tracked service if the package size exceeds standard letter dimensions.

For U.S. and international orders, the non-expedited Small Packet Air Service we use to keep our shipping rates competitive does not include a tracking service.

Despite the lack of a tracking number, we have never had an order not reach its destination. 

Can I Return My Order and Receive a Refund?
Yes, our aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction and go the 'extra mile' in the hopes of forming a long-term customer relationship. Should you be unsatisfied with any products, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction, including a potential refund.
